After-School Homework Centres
We are fortunate to have three After-school Groups that operate once a week from 3pm
These are run by school staff members and their salaries are funded by the Ministry of Education through a ministry grant.
Registration forms are given to students for each group at the beginning of the school year.
Only students who have received acceptance letters can attend these homework groups.
Afternoon tea is supplied by the school for each Homework Centre.
Coding Club - Wednesdays from 3pm - 4.45pm
The Computer Coding Club runs on a Wednesday after school in the Computer Pod, for students year 4 and up only. This afterschool group focuses on developing ICT knowledge and skills.
Mathematics Booster Group - Wednesday from 3pm - 4pm
This is to assist students who need further help with their Maths tuition
Pacifika Homework Centre - Wednesday from 3pm-4.45pm
The Pacifika Homeworkgroup offers learning support, and help with homework and reading. Pacifika culture is incorporated into these sessions.
The group will also perform at times throughout the year.
